The complete collection of papers has been sent to the publisher.

Revisions, and the volume introduction will now follow from the start of August to the middle of September, to make allowances for contributors absent for the summer and for the delay in receipt of reviews from the publisher.

Estimated date of completion of revisions: start of October, copyediting and typesetting to begin in late November.
